ン群、３は第二ステーシヨン群、４ａ〜４ｃは作
業ステーシヨン群、５ａ〜５ｄ，６ａ〜６ｄは作
業ステーシヨン、７は第一搬送部材、８はワーク
、９は第二搬送部材である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上昇・前進・降下・後退の四行程を繰り返して
    順次作業ステーシヨンにワークを移動させる搬送
    部材を備えたワーク搬送ラインにおいて、搬送方
    向の前後方向に二つの作業ステーシヨンを結合し
    て作業ステーシヨン群とし、該作業ステーシヨン
    群を搬送方向に沿つて複数設けて第一ステーシヨ
    ン群とし、該第一ステーシヨン群でもつて前記ワ
    ークの搬送を行なう前記搬送部材を第一搬送部材
    とし、隣接する前記作業ステーシヨン群の同一作
    業ステーシヨン同士の距離を前記第一搬送部材の
    前進・後退ピツチとする一方、前記第一ステーシ
    ヨン群の搬送方向前側に複数の作業ステーシヨン
    を並設して第二ステーシヨン群とし、該第二ステ
    ーシヨン群でもつて前記ワークの搬送を行なう前
    記搬送部材を第二搬送部材とし、前記第二ステー
    シヨン群の隣接する前記作業ステーシヨン同士の
    距離を前記第二搬送部材の前進・後退ピツチとす
    ると共に、前記第一搬送部材が前進した際の該第
    一搬送部材の先端部位置を前記第一ステーシヨン
    群側における前記第二ステーシヨン群の作業ステ
    ーシヨンの位置とし、前記第二搬送部材が後退し
    た際の該第二搬送部材の後端部位置を前記第二ス
    テーシヨン群側における前記第一ステーシヨン群
    の作業ステーシヨンの位置としたことを特徴とす
    るワーク搬送ライン。
