As shown in FIG. 3, this inner bag loading mechanism 23 slides a sliding block 25 on a pair of guide frames 24, 24 installed horizontally above the first conveyor 9 and across the conveyor. A fluid pressure cylinder 26 is erected on this sliding block 25, and a vacuum suction unit 27 is connected to the piston rod thereof, and this sliding block 25 is driven via a crank mechanism 28 resting at both ends. Interlockingly connected to the shaft 29,
On the one hand, an inner bag storage case 30 with both upper and lower ends open is provided on the side of the first conveyor 9, and a bottom plate 32 connected to an elevating drive means 31 is provided at the bottom of the case 30. In this operation, while the sliding block 25, which is reciprocated through a predetermined stroke by the crank mechanism 28, is at rest at one end of the stroke as shown in FIG.
The vacuum suction unit 27 is lowered by the cylinder 26, and its suction pad 27a suctions the uppermost inner bag 2 stored in the storage case 30. In this state, the inner bag 2 is pulled up as the unit 27 returns to the upward position. Then, this inner bag 2 is transferred to a position directly above the first formwork 1 (the other end of the stroke) by the forward movement of the sliding block 25, and while the sliding block 25 is at rest there, it is vacuum suctioned by the cylinder 26. As the unit 27 descends, the inner bag 2 is received in the accommodating part 17 of the first formwork 1 on standby, and then detached from the suction pad 27a by releasing the suction, and is thus thrown into the accommodating part 17. . After inserting the inner bag 2, the vacuum suction unit 27 returns to its original position. Incidentally, when the uppermost inner bag 2 is taken out from the storage case 30 by the suction pad 27a and its level is lowered, the bottom plate 32 is raised by the lifting drive means 31 by that amount, so that the uppermost inner bag 2 is always kept at a constant level. I try to maintain the level.

る。 The first template insertion mechanism 11 is connected to the first conveyor 9
A template 3 for manufacturing a packaging bag is inserted into the inner bag 2 placed in the first mold frame 1 above. As is clear from Fig. 1, the template 3 is made of plastic and is shaped like a baseball base, and its triangular part is fitted into the inner bag 2, and its upper end is inserted into the inner bag. It is exposed to the outside from the bag 2 and further from the outer bag 7, and a through hole 3a is provided in the center of this exposed end. Now, this first template insertion mechanism 11 is
As shown in detail in FIG.
A stocker 33 that stacks up and stores the stocker 33 in a vertically slidable state, and at the rear of the stocker 33, the lowermost templates 3 in the stocker 33 are pushed forward one by one to open an opening above the first formwork 1. The pusher 34 is configured to insert the inner bag 2 into the inner bag 2, and the inner bag opening device 35 is configured to open the inner bag 2 inserted into the first mold 1. Stotzker 3
3 stores and holds a large number of templates 3 in a space formed by the rear guide vertical frames 36, 36, the front guide vertical frames 37, 37 having a substantially V-shaped cross section, and the bottom frame 38. , 1 of the template 3 formed between the lower end surfaces of the front guide vertical frames 37, 37 and the upper surface of the bottom frame 38.
A gap 39 that is slightly larger than the thickness of the template allows the lowermost template 3 to be discharged forward. Further, the pusher 34 includes a pair of angled pusher bodies 42, 42 that are movable in the front and rear directions via a pair of left and right horizontal guide rails 40, 40 and guide rollers 41. As shown in FIG. 4, the position level is at the middle of the thickness of the lowermost template 3, and the rear end portions of the pusher bodies 42, 42 are interlocked and connected to a drive shaft 43 via a crank mechanism 43. Therefore, when the drive shaft 44 rotates, the arm 43a of the crank mechanism 43 and the links 43b, 43
c, the pusher bodies 42, 42 reciprocate along the guide rails 40, 40, and when they move forward, their tips push the lowermost template 3 forward. Further, the inner bag opening device 35 includes a pair of vacuum suction units 4 disposed on the left and right sides of the first formwork 1 on the first conveyor 9, respectively, on both sides of the first formwork 1.
5, 45 and 46, 46, each upper unit 45 is connected to a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder 48 mounted on a support frame 47, and each lower unit 46 is connected to a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder 48 mounted on the lower part of the guide rail 21. It is connected to the piston rod of the cylinder 49, and when the bag is opened, each lower unit 46 is moved by the cylinder 49 until the suction pad 46a enters the through hole 1e of the first mold 1 and comes into contact with the lower surface of the inner bag 2. Pulled up and inner bag 2
The upper units 45 are similarly lowered by the cylinder 48, and after the suction pads 45a adsorb the upper surface of the inner bag 2, they are pulled up by the cylinder 48, whereby the inner bag 2 is opened in the state shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 4, and at the time of opening, the template 3 is pushed out by a pusher 34 and inserted into the inner bag 2. In addition, when inserting the template, if the inner bag 2 is not inserted into the first formwork 1 due to some mistake, the absence of the inner bag 2 on the first formwork 1 can be detected appropriately. The solenoid 50 is actuated by the detection signal, and the stopper pawl 51 is engaged with the pin 52 of the link 43b, thereby temporarily interrupting the operation of the pusher 34.

The opening edges 2a and 7a of the inner bag 2 inserted into the upper outer bag 7 are sealed together with the outer bag 7 by the sealing mechanism 14, and the sealed portion is indicated by S in the figure. As shown in FIG. 9, this sealing mechanism 14 has a pair of upper and lower sealing heads 86a and 86b, each having a heater 85a and 85b protruding from their tips, sandwiching the second formwork 6 on the second conveyor 10. These seal heads 86a, 8 are disposed vertically and facing each other.
A pair of upper and lower mounting stands 88a, 88 are supported by the support frame 87 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction.
It is held by the holding frames 89a and 89b of b via coil springs 90a and 90b, respectively, and the mounting bases 88a and 88b are connected to the piston rods of fluid pressure cylinders 91a and 91b installed at the upper and lower parts of the support frame 87. Therefore, heater 8
5a and 85b are formed in the shape of a band plate having a relatively thin thickness and a width approximately corresponding to the width of the opening side of the closed outer bag 7. Therefore, in operation, the cylinder 91a , 91b move in opposite directions, and at the same time the heater 85a of the upper seal head 86a comes into elastic contact with the overlapping upper opening edges of the inner and outer bags 2 and 7 on the second formwork 6. Lower seal head 86
The heater 85b of b comes into elastic contact with the lower opening edge, thereby thermally welding the opening edges 2a, 7a of the inner and outer bags 2, 7 over almost their entire circumferences. By thermally welding the opening edges of the inner and outer bags 2 and 7 with each other by this sealing mechanism 14, a rice-rolled rice ball manufacturing bag 15 consisting of the inner and outer bags 2 and 7 and the glue 5 sealed between them is formed. That will happen.

である。 To explain the bag removal device 16 in more detail, two vacuum suction units 96 are disposed on both left and right sides of a horizontal mounting base 99 fixed to a horizontal support shaft 95, and the horizontal support shaft 95 is connected to the upper end of the swing arm 94. It is rotatably supported by a bearing 100 fixed to the mount 99, and in order to keep the mount 99 horizontal at all times, a forward/reverse motor 101 and a chain/sprocket mechanism 102 are used to correspond to the swing angle of the swing arm 94. It is adapted to be rotated in a direction opposite to the swinging direction. As is clear from FIG. 10, an intermediate stage 103 is provided between the pick-up position (left side of the figure) and the discharge position (right side of the figure), and the swinging arm 94 is tilted to the left with respect to the figure. At some point, the left suction pads 96a, 96a on the horizontal mounting base 99 are positioned directly above the second mold frame 6 and hold the mold plate 3 by suction, and the right suction pad 96
a, 96a is located directly above the intermediate mounting table 103,
Further, when the swinging arm 94 swings from the leftward tilted state to the rightward tilted state shown by the solid line in the same figure by the forward movement of the fluid pressure cylinder 93, the left side suction pads 96a, 96a suck and hold the swinging arm 94. The template 3 and packaging bag 15 that have been transferred are placed on the intermediate mounting table 103, where they are released from suction and left temporarily, while the suction pads 96a, 96a on the right side are
When the swinging arm 94 swings to the left due to the return movement of the cylinder 93 and assumes the left-leaning position again, the left suction pads 96a, 96a move to the subsequent second Template 3 on formwork 6
The suction pad 96 on the right side
a, 96a adsorbs and holds the template 3 left on the intermediate mounting table 103, and when the swinging arm 94 swings to the right due to the forward movement of the cylinder 93 and assumes the rightward tilted position again, the left side Suction pads 96a, 9
6a releases the suction and leaves the template 3 and the wrapping bag 15 on the intermediate mounting table 103, and the right suction pads 96a, 96a release the adsorption at the release position and release the template 3 together with the wrapping bag 15. It's becoming like that. At the release position, when the template 3 is released together with the wrapping bag 15, the through hole 3a of the template 3 engages with the tip of the template collection bar 97, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 12. As a result, the template 3 slides down along the inclined part 97a of the template collection bar 97 while rotating downward around the pin hole 3a together with the wrapping bag 15. The bag release mechanism 98
The wrapping bag 15 is scraped off and separated, and the template 3
The particles continue to slide down along the sloped portion 97a of the bar 97, and are collected in an aligned state by being suspended from the horizontal portion 97b of the bar 97 as shown in FIG. The bar 97 is the support frame 10
7 via a plurality of attachment pieces 108. As illustrated in FIG. 12, the bag removal mechanism 98 has scraping blades 105 protruding from the outer periphery of a rotor 104 driven by a prime mover (not shown).
05 is rotated so that the tip of the blade 105 scrapes off the wrapping bag 15 that is descending together with the template 3 along the template collecting bar 97.
The packets 15 thus scraped off are received on the belt 106a of the lower package discharge conveyor 106 and sequentially discharged to predetermined locations. 10 in Figure 12
Numeral 9 denotes a wrapping bag 1 that falls onto the belt 106a of the wrapping conveyor 106 and is discharged by the conveyor 106.
It is a counter that measures the quantity by detecting 5's one by one.

A horizontal support shaft is attached to the upper end of the swinging arm, and a suction pad is always opened downward on this horizontal support shaft to attract the packaging bag or template at the above-mentioned pick-up position, and release the suction at the above-mentioned release position to unpack the package. It is equipped with a vacuum suction unit that discharges the bag and template, and below the discharge position, the tip protrudes upward so as to face the through hole provided at the exposed end of the template. A template collection bar is provided to collect the template by inserting the template through the through hole when the plate is released, and a packaging release mechanism is provided to separate the packaging bag from the template inserted through the bar. When taking out the wrapping bag along with the template from the conveyor, the wrapping bag and the template are not only taken out, but also the wrapping bag is separated when the template is inserted into the template collecting bar, and the wrapping bag is separated from the template when the template is inserted into the template collection bar. After being separated from the packaging bags, they are collected on a collection bar, which makes it possible to carry out packaging manufacturing operations extremely efficiently and to have a great effect on the mass production of packaging bags.
