(Field of Industrial Application) This invention relates to an auxiliary machine for forming kagami mochi for simply and quickly manufacturing kagami mochi, and is used in the field of manufacturing and using mochi molding machines. (Prior technology) Traditionally, kagami-mochi molding relied exclusively on manual labor. For this reason, it required skill, time, and a great deal of labor to make large quantities of uniformly shaped kagami mochi with good appearance. Moreover, since a large amount of hand flour is used, it is not only uneconomical, but also has many disadvantages, such as causing the growth of mold and reducing shelf life. Therefore, a mochi latching claw attached to a vertical rotating shaft is provided protruding from the upper side of the mochi placing plate, and while the mochi lump is latched onto the mochi latching claw and rotated, the mochi lattice is rotated. An auxiliary machine for forming kagami-mochi has also been proposed, in which the hand is applied from the side to form kagami-mochi into the shape of kagami-mochi. (Problems to be solved by invention) In the above-mentioned conventional kagami-mochi forming auxiliary machine, when the mochi is rotated, it tends to move laterally due to centrifugal force, resulting in a flattened shape and a rounded bulge. It is difficult to mold it into a specific shape, and in practice it can only be used to mold kagami-mochi (kagami-mochi) weighing less than 1 kg. In addition, as the mochi mass rotates, the mochi mounting plate becomes hot, so if the mochi is used for a long period of time, the mochi will stick to the mochi mounting plate and stop rotating, making it necessary to stop the molding process. . (Means for Solving the Problem) The kagami mochi forming auxiliary machine of this invention has a mochi retaining claw 3 attached to a vertical rotating shaft 2 on the upper center of a mochi placing plate 1 having a concave arc cross section. A fan 4 is provided protrudingly below the rice cake placing plate 1 for cooling the rice cake placing plate 1.
It is configured by providing. The size of the rice cake mounting plate 1 and the depth of the recess are determined as appropriate depending on the size of the rice cake mass to be formed, but the diameter
If the size is 30 cm and the depth is about 1.5 cm, it is possible to form mochi blocks of about 6 kg. The size and shape of the rice cake retaining claws 3 are not particularly limited as long as they can provide enough retention force to rotate the rice cake mass to be formed. Further, it may be molded integrally with the rotating shaft, and it is not essential that it be detachable. (Function of the invention) The device of this invention places a mochi mass on the mochi placement plate 1, starts the mochi retaining claw 3, and rotates the mochi mass by rotating the mochi retaining claw. It is then molded into the desired shape by applying the hands. In this case, since the rice cake placing plate 1 has a concave arc-shaped cross section, it suppresses the spread of the rice cake mass in the lateral direction due to centrifugal force and helps the rice cake mass rise in the height direction. In addition, the fan provided below the mochi placement plate 1 is
This has the effect of cooling the rice cake placing plate 1, allowing continuous use of this device. Examples of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. (Example) Teflon-treated rice cake placing plates 1 each having a concave arc cross section with a diameter of 30 cm and a depth of approximately 1.5 cm are attached to both sides of the upper part of the base frame 5. Each has a mochi hook 3 protruding from the upper end of a vertical rotating shaft 2, which is removably attached. A fan 4 for cooling the rice cake placing plate 1 from below is attached to each of the rotating shafts 2. The two rotating shafts 2, 2 have upper and lower bearings 6, respectively.
7 and vertically installed motor 8
output shaft 9 and belt 10, reducer 11, belt 1
2 and pulley 13, belt 14, pulley 1
It is linked via 5. In the figure, 16 is a guide roll, and 17 is a caster. In this embodiment, a rice cake mass 18 of a desired size is used.
is placed on the mochi placing plate 1 and is latched by the mochi latching claws 3, and then inputted to the motor 8, the rotating shafts 2, 2 are rotated, and the mochi latching claws 3, 3 are accordingly rotated. And the fans 4, 4 rotate. The mochi retaining claw 3,
3 rotates, the rice cake mass 18 also rotates in the same direction, so place your hand on the peripheral wall of the rice cake mass 18 (gloves can be worn) and shape it into the desired shape. At this time, since the rice cake placement plate 1 has a concave arc shape, the spread of the rice cake mass in the lateral direction is suppressed, but rather it is encouraged to swell in the height direction, so it can be easily formed into a plump shape. be able to. Also,
Since the rice cake placing plate 1 is cooled by the rotation of the fans 4, 4, the heat caused by the friction between the rice cake placing plate 1 and the rice cake is dissipated. Therefore, there is no fear that the rice cake mass 18 will stick to the rice cake placement plate 1 and become unrotatable (or difficult). Next, a table shows a comparison between the production amount per hour when kagami-mochi is molded using the apparatus of this example and the case where only manual labor is used.

[Table] As described above, according to the apparatus of this example, production efficiency is dramatically improved, and even unskilled workers can relatively easily manufacture kagami-mochi with a uniform shape. . (Effects of the invention) According to this invention, since the mochi placing plate has a concave arc cross section, anyone can quickly and easily form kagami mochi of a desired size. Furthermore, since it is possible to use gloves, it is not only sanitary and economical since only a small amount of hand flour is required, but also the growth of mold can be delayed and the shelf life can be significantly improved. Furthermore, since the rice cake mounting plate is equipped with a fan, it does not get hot, and continuous operation for a long time is possible. Furthermore, if the rice cake placement plate is covered with a flat plate, it can also be used as a general workbench.
