- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 液槽内の液に、探触子および被検体を浸漬し
て被検体の欠陥を検査する超音波検査装置におい
て、前記被検体を一定の位置で回動させる回動装
置と、前記被検体の被検査部の外表面に接触させ
該外表面に付着した気泡を前記被検体の回動時の
該外表面との相対的な摺動により除去する気泡除
去装置とを配設したことを特徴とする超音波検査
装置。 ２ 前記気泡除去装置を、被検体の外表面が気泡
の除去された状態を保持して探触子に相対するこ
とになる位置に配設した実用新案登録請求の範囲
