(Prior art and problems) For example, a method of washing leafy vegetables used for pickling is to wash them while showering them with air bubbles in a water tank. Since the air bubbles are ejected from the bottom of the container, the air bubbles diffuse as they rise, making it impossible to concentrate the air bubbles on the leafy vegetables.
There is a problem that a sufficient cleaning effect cannot be obtained.

In this case, the leafy vegetables W move while repeatedly floating up and down due to the floating action caused by being exposed to air bubbles from below and the sinking action due to their own weight,
In addition, the air bubbles diffuse the leaves, and by showering the diffused leaves with air bubbles, insects, soil, etc. that have entered between the leaves are separated, and the leafy vegetables W are washed. By the way, this washing is washing path 3.
By performing this within a regulated area inside the container, the leafy vegetables W can be intensively and efficiently exposed to air bubbles, so that a sufficient cleaning effect can be obtained and the air bubbles can be used effectively. Washing becomes possible.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, in the device for washing fresh foods such as leafy vegetables of the present invention, the upper part is used as a washing channel and the lower part is used as a return flow channel using a partition plate that divides the interior of the water tank into upper and lower parts. A circulation flow path is formed, and by arranging the blowholes along the length of the inner bottom of the washing path, air bubbles are directed against the object to be washed within a limited range within the washing path. Since the water can be sprayed intensively, it is possible to completely remove mud, insects, etc. that have firmly adhered to and invaded the roots and stems of the object to be washed, without wasting air bubbles. Since this can be expanded widely by air bubbles, the cleaning effect can be significantly improved, such as by cleaning every nook and cranny.

In addition, since the inclination angle of the fumarole from the vertical direction is formed so that it gradually becomes smaller as it goes toward the outlet side, the transfer speed of leafy vegetables becomes slower as it goes toward the outlet side, and the The effect is that the cleaning effect can be improved. In addition, the partition plate has a large number of holes and is detachable from the water tank, so that sand, etc. separated from the object to be washed due to air bubbles is allowed to fall through the holes and reach the bottom of the water tank. It is easy to clean.
