動子、１０はコンタクトアーム、１０Ａは第１の
コンタクトアーム、１０Ｂは第２のコンタクトア
ーム、１１は第１のピン、１２は支軸、１４はガ
イド孔、１４ａは端部、１４ｃはピン摺動面、１
５は長孔、１５ａはピン摺動面、１６Ａは第２の
ピン、１６ａは当接面、１７はばねである。なお
、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 自動引きはずし装置による遮断動作とは無
    関係に、大電流通電による電磁反発力により可動
    子を離反させて限流を行うようにした回路遮断器
    であつて、前記可動子を保持するコンタクトアー
    ムが互いに回転可能に支持される第１のコンタク
    トアームと第２のコンタクトアームとに分割され
    、かつ開閉機構が連繋される前記第１のコンタク
    トアームに設けられて開閉方向に延びるガイド孔
    と、前記可動子が第１のピンにより支持される前
    記第２のコンタクトアームに設けられて前記ガイ
    ド孔と交差する方向に延びる長孔と、この長孔と
    前記ガイド孔とに跨がつて係合する第２のピンと
    、この第２のピンを付勢するばねとを有する回路
    遮断器において、 前記第１のコンタクトアームの少なくとも前記
    ガイド孔のピン摺動面と前記第２のコンタクトア
    ームの少なくとも前記長孔のピン摺動面と前記第
    ２のピンの少なくとも前記両ピン摺動面に当接す
    る当接面とにアーク溶融物の付着しないような面
    を形成するための表面処理をおこない、前記両ピ
    ン摺動面および前記当接面の滑りの悪化を防止す
    ることを特徴とする回路遮断器。 (2) 表面処理が、融点が銅より高い金属メツキ
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の回路遮断器。 (3) 表面処理が、窒化処理であることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回路遮
