Claims (1)
- 電子ビームを放出するカソードと、集束電極と
、該集束電極に対向して設けた電子ビームの加速
電極からなる電子銃部を備えたマイクロ波管にお
いて、前記電子銃部がマイクロ波管の製造工程中
に前記カソードを加熱した高温動作状態で、前記
加速電極に負の直流高電圧を印加する耐圧処理を
経たものであることを特徴とする大電力マイクロ
波管。
