架設した支軸に固着するとともに、該昇降アーム
とX形に交叉しその交叉部で枢着されている支持
アームの外端部(上端部)を上記座板に夫々枢着
し、該支持アームの内端部(下端部)を前記開閉
棒の下方で上記台枠に内外方向摺動自在に支持さ
れた摺動棒に固着して成り、ねじ軸に固着された
摘みを左または右に回すと、開閉棒は昇降アーム
