図、第３図は第１図に示すもののエンドキヤツプ
を部分的に切欠いて示す正面図、第４図はアツパ
シール部材の正面図、第５図はアツパシール部材
の側面図、第６図、第７図、第８図はそれぞれサ
イドシール部材の変形例を示す横断面図、第９図
は従来の防塵シールが取り付けられたリニアガイ
ド装置の斜視図、第１０図は従来の防塵シールの
斜視図である。 図中、１は案内レール、２はスライダ、２Ａは
スライダ本体、３，３，３０，３０はボール転動
溝、５はエンドキヤツプ、６Ａはボルト挿通孔、
６Ｂは平面部、８ａはシール突起、１３はグリス
ニツプル、１０，２０は防塵シール、２１はサイ
ドシール部材、２３は切欠き部、２５はアツパシ
ール部材、２６はばね板、２７はシール板である
。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基台に固定するためのボルト挿通孔を有すると
    共に、両側面に軸方向のボール転動溝を有して軸
    方向に延長された案内レールと、該案内レールの
    ボール転動溝に対向するボール転動溝を有し、こ
    れらのボール転動溝内に挿入された多数のボール
    の転動を介して軸方向に移動可能に前記案内レー
    ルに支持されたスライダとを備えたリニアガイド
    装置の防塵シールであつて、前記案内レール側面
    のボール転動溝面に摺接するシール突起を備え、
    且つ前記案内レール上面のボルト挿通孔の開口に
    対応する箇所に切欠き部を備えて、前記スライダ
    の軸方向端部に取り付けられるサイドシール部材
    と、前記案内レールのボルト挿通孔の開口部の両
    側で軸方向に延長された案内レール上面の平面部
    に対向させて前記スライダの内面に取り付けられ
    る部材であつて、ばね性能を備えるべく折り曲げ
    て形成されたばね板の両翼に前記平面部に弾接さ
    れるシール板を固着してなり、前記ボール転動溝
    への異物の侵入を阻止するアツパシール部材とで
    形成されることを特徴とするリニアガイド装置の
    防塵シール。
