- 磁性流体により回転機械の軸封を行なう磁性流
体軸封装置において、その両端部が熱伝導率の大
きな部材を介して磁極に接続している低温液体貯
蔵容器と、前記低温液体貯蔵容器内の電磁石巻枠
に捲回された超電導コイルとを備えていることを
特徴とする超電導磁性流体軸封装置。
