Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による制御盤の熱
交換器を示す縦断面図、第２図は第１図の―
線断面図である。 図において、１は熱交換器、２はケース、３は
伝熱ユニツト、４は伝熱板、５は支持枠、２０は
扉、５２は内気矩形流路、５３は外気矩形流路で
ある。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、または相当
部分を示す。
交換器を示す縦断面図、第２図は第１図の―
線断面図である。 図において、１は熱交換器、２はケース、３は
伝熱ユニツト、４は伝熱板、５は支持枠、２０は
扉、５２は内気矩形流路、５３は外気矩形流路で
ある。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、または相当
部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 扉と上記扉の内面に当接するフランジを有する
ケースとの間に、伝熱板を所定間隔に多数並設し
て複数個の矩形流路を形成した伝熱ユニツトとそ
の上下に配設される制御盤内外の強制対流フアン
を収納し、上記矩形流路の上下端面は交互に気密
に封止され、上記伝熱ユニツトの矩形流路内を交
互に制御盤内空気と制御盤外空気を強制対流させ
、上記伝熱板を通して熱交換させる制御盤の熱交
換器において、上記伝熱ユニツトは伝熱板のケー
ス底面側が支持枠に固着され、上記支持枠を介し
てケースに取り外し自在に固定されているととも
に、内気矩形流路の扉側の長手方向は伝熱板の橋
絡部によつて閉鎖され、上記内気矩形流路と隣合
う外気矩形流路の扉側の長手方向は扉の壁面のみ
によつて閉鎖されていることを特徴とする制御盤
の熱交換器。
