第１図はこの考案の一実施例による制御盤の熱
交換器を示す縦断面図、第２図は第１図の−
線要部斜視図、第３図は第１図の制御盤の熱交換
器の空気流を示す要部縦断面図、第４図は従来の
制御盤の熱交換器の空気流を示す要部縦断面図で
ある。 図において、１は熱交換器、２はケース、３は
伝熱ユニツト、４は伝熱板、７，８は偏向部材、
７ｂ，８ｂは三角形隔壁、７ｃ，８ｃは橋絡部、
１０は内気吸込フアン、１２は外気吸込フアン、
５２は内気流路、５３は外気流路である。なお、
図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 箱状のケース内に、伝熱隔壁を所定間隔に多数
並設して複数個の流路を形成した伝熱ユニツトと
、その上下に配設される制御盤内外の強制対流フ
アンを収納し、上記流路の上下端面は交互に気密
に封止され、上記伝熱ユニツトの流路内を交互に
制御盤内空気と制御盤外空気を強制対流させ、上
記伝熱隔壁を通して熱交換させる制御盤の熱交換
器において、少なくとも上記伝熱ユニツトの上、
又は下には、それぞれの対流フアン取付面側から
制御盤内、又は制御盤外空気の流路内を対流フア
ンの吸込面に向かう傾斜面を有した複数個の隔壁
と上記隔壁の頂上を連結して上記フアン吸込面の
近傍に延びる橋絡部とを有した多孔質吸音材料か
ら成る偏向部材が配設されていることを特徴とす
る制御盤の熱交換器。
