Claims (1)
- コンピユータ周辺機器等に使用されるステツピ
ングモータの応答性能向上の為に使用される慣性
ダンパーにおいて、慣性体の内周面に両側に側壁
を残して凹陥部を形成し、該凹陥部に、その内径
が前記凹陥部の側壁の内径寸法よりも小さくなる
ように弾性部材を充填して、弾性支持体を形成し
たことを特徴とするステツピングモータ用ダンパ
ー。
