Claims (1)
- 回転子軸にマグネツトと鉄芯とを取付けて回転
子を形成したステツピングモータにおいて、前記
鉄芯を抉り取り、その部分に中空体の容器を取付
け、該容器内にに慣性体と共に粘性流体を充填す
ることにより、ダンパ装着後のロータ慣性が装着
前に比べ増加しないように構成したことを特徴と
するダンパ付ステツピングモータ。
