Claims (1)
- 電動機駆動装置に使用される電力用半導体の過
負荷状態を検出する温度保護回路において、電動
機に流れる電流を検出し、その検出信号を（導通
時間）／（導通時間＋非導通時間）＝１／ｎに断
続的処理を行なうと共に、短時間時定数τの１次
遅れ回路に入力することにより、長時間時定数ｎ
×τとして前記電力用半導体の温度上昇曲線と近
似させ、前記長時間時定数ｎ×τを基準電圧と比
較して前記電力用半導体を保護するようにしたこ
とを特徴とする電動機駆動装置における温度保護
回路。
