Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 喫食するに便宜な分量の納豆を包み込み、
折り込み、挟持し、巻回しまたは袋状にヒートシ
ールする等により包容した状態として、煮炊その
他の調理をするに適した大きさのもとに、平坦状
にしてかつ薄手に形成せる植物性蛋白を主原料と
した包装生地体であることを特徴とする納豆用可
食性包装材。 (2) 前記包装生地体の植物性蛋白が大豆蛋白で
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の納豆用可食性包装材。 (3) 前記包装生地体の大きさが２０cm×２２cm
程度であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の納豆用可食性包装材。
