Claims (1)
- 柚子、レモン等から搾取した原液を充填した果
汁槽と、該果汁槽内に窒素等不活性ガスを圧入す
るガス圧入機構と、前記果汁槽から導出されて、
不活性ガスの圧入作用によつて前記原液が順次給
送される給送パイプと、該給送パイプの中途部周
囲に配設されて、原液内に含有される酵母菌を所
定の温度及び時間内で殺菌する加熱殺菌槽と、該
加熱殺菌槽内を通過した給送パイプの周囲に配設
されて、殺菌された原液を略常温まで冷却する冷
却槽と、該冷却槽内を通過した給送パイプの端末
部に設けられた原液の排出口とを具備して成るこ
とを特徴とする果汁酵母殺菌装置。
