    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液状の食品を加圧して殺菌するための装置であ
    つて、前記食品が内部に満たされる圧力容器と、
    その圧力容器内に前記食品を導入するための導入
    管と、圧力容器内に満たした食品を加圧するため
    の加圧手段と、前記食品を圧力容器内から導出す
    るための導出管と、前記圧力容器内の底部にガス
    を吹き込むためのガス吹込手段とを具備してなる
    ことを特徴とする食品殺菌装置。
