Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上面を平滑な放熱部に形成して作動液を封
入するとともに、受熱部を加熱する加熱体を備え
た中空体よりなるヒートパイプと、該ヒートパイ
プの内圧を検出する圧力センサーとを設け、該圧
力センサーの所定の設定値以上の内圧検出に伴な
い、前記加熱体の加熱機能を停止すべく制御する
ことを特徴とする、ヒートパイプ型ホツトプレー
ト。 (2) 圧力センサーが、ヒートパイプ内へ一端を
作動液が侵入しない状態に通ぜしめた細管を回し
て設けられた、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
記載のヒートパイプ型ホツトプレート。 (3) 圧力センサーがヒーター付きセンサーであ
る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載のヒー
トパイプ型ホツトプレート。
