ある。 符号１は流管、２は傍熱型温度センサ、３は補
正用温度センサ、５はヒータ、７は測温素子、１
０は整流器である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 流体の下流側に設置し熱を放散しその放熱量
の変化により生ずる温度変化を検出する加熱型温
度センサと、流体の上流側に設置し流体の温度を
検出する補正用温度センサとから成る熱式流量セ
ンサにおいて、前記加熱型温度センサと前記補正
用温度センサの間に流体の流れを整流する整流手
段を設けたことを特徴とする熱式流量センサ。 ２ 前記補正用温度センサは前記整流手段内に設
置した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の熱
式流量センサ。
