。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体ウエハーの拡散炉およびＣＶＤ処理
炉において用いられる断熱材であつて、該断熱材
の少くとも一部がＳｉＯ２を９９．９重量％以上
含有する高純度石英ガラスフアイバーからなるこ
とを特徴とする半導体熱処理炉用断熱材。 (2) 前記断熱材が環状、帯状、キヤツプ状また
はおわん状であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体熱処理炉用断熱材
。 (3) 前記断熱材が芯材と該芯材を被覆する被覆
材とからなり、該被覆材がＳｉＯ２を９９．９重
量％以上含有する高純度石英ガラスフアイバーか
らなるクロスもしくはスリーブであることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導
体熱処理炉用断熱材。 (4) 前記芯材が前記高純度石英ガラスフアイバ
ーからなるマツトであることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の半導体熱処理炉用
断熱材。 (5) 前記芯材が前記高純度石英ガラスフアイバ
ーからなる繊維束であることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の半導体熱処理炉用
断熱材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体ウエハーの拡散炉およびＣＶＤ処理
    炉において用いられる断熱材であつて、ＳｉＯ２
    を９９．９重量％以上含有する高純度石英ガラス
    フアイバーからなることを特徴とする半導体熱処
    理炉用断熱材。 (2) 前記断熱材が環状もしくは帯状であること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求第１項記載の半導
    体熱処理炉用断熱材。 (3) 前記断熱材が芯材と該芯材を被覆する被覆
    材とからなり、該被覆材がＳｉＯ２を９９．９重
    量％以上含有する高純度石英ガラスフアイバーか
    らなるクロスもしくはスリーブであることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導
    体熱処理炉用断熱材。 (4) 前記芯材が前記高純度石英ガラスフアイバ
