第１図は従来例のスパイラル型膜分離装置の断
面図を示す。透過水集水管２のまわりに封筒状の
逆浸透膜あるいは限外過膜を巻きつけたスパイ
ラル状膜エレメント１は、円筒形容器４に装填さ
れ、円筒形容器４の両端は被処理液入口７・透過
水出口９′のあるフランジ５および被処理液出口
８・透過水出口９のあるフランジ６によりシール
されている。第２図は従来例のスパイラル型膜分
離装置におけるフローパターンを示す。第３図は
本考案実施例のスパイラル型膜分離装置断面図を
、第４図はそのフローパターンを示すものである
。 １…スパイラル状膜エレメント、２…透過水集
水管、３…ブラインシール、４…円筒形容器、５
…フランジ、６…フランジ、７…被処理液入り口
、８…被処理液出口、９，９′…透過水出口、１
０…ノズル。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スパイラル状膜エレメントが円筒形容器に装填
    され、且つスパイラル状膜エレメントの外周と円
    筒形容器の内周との間に形成される隙間を被処理
    液が短絡流過することを防ぐためにブラインシー
    ルを有するスパイラル型膜分離装置において、円
    筒形容器からの被処理液入口ノズルを円筒形容器
    の外周且つブラインシールの表側真近かに設けた
    ことを特徴とするスパイラル型膜分離装置。
