Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に吸着剤が充填された吸着塔に、圧縮した
    原料気体を供給し、前記吸着塔が昇圧状態にある
    間に取出用弁を開弁させて該吸着剤により生成さ
    れた製品ガスを取出す気体分離装置において、前
    記取出用弁から取出すべき製品ガスの濃度を設定
    する濃度設定手段と、前記取出用弁から取出され
    た製品ガスの濃度を測定する濃度測定手段と、該
    濃度測定手段により測定された濃度が該濃度設定
    手段により測定された設定濃度となるように前記
    吸着塔への原料気体供給を制御する制御手段とを
    具備してなる気体分離装置。
