本考案は射出成形用金型、詳しくは、雌金型と
雄金型を型閉め密閉してキヤビテイを構成し、該
キヤビテイ内に2種またはそれ以上の反応性発泡
樹脂材料を射出して、反応硬化させることにより
あるいは、溶融状態の樹脂材料を射出して所定形
状の樹脂成形品を成形するための射出成形用金型
に関し、樹脂成形品の成形の際に文字やマーク等
を樹脂成形品に刻印することができ、しかも、そ
の刻印のために使用した印体を容易に取り換える
ことができるようにした射出成形用金型を提供す

て反応硬化させることにより、あるいは、溶融状
態の樹脂材料を射出してキヤビテイ3の形状通り
の樹脂成形品を成形するためのものであつて、雌
金型1または雄金型2の少なくとも一方の金型に
印体挿入孔5を設けてある。図面では印体挿入孔
5を雌金型1に設けたものを例示してあるが、こ
れに限定されない。図示していないが、印体挿入
孔を雄金型2に、或は、雌金型1と雄金型2の両
金型に設けてもよい。この印体挿入孔5は上記キ
ヤビテイ3に達しており、これに印体6を挿入し
てある。印体6は、一方端にマーク60が刻印し
てあり、他方の端部には横溝状ネジ7を設けてあ
つて、該マーク60をキヤビテイ3側になし印体
挿入孔5に挿入してある。また、印体挿入孔5を
設けた上記雌金型1には、雌金型1の外部から上
記印体挿入孔5に直角に交叉する操作ネジ用孔8
を設けてある。この操作ネジ用孔8に雌金型1の
外部から操作用ネジ9を挿入し、該操作用ネジ9
と上記印体6とを連結してある。この操作用ネジ
9は、印体6の横溝状ネジ7と螺合させることに
より連結してあつて、操作用ネジ9の回動により
印体6が印体挿入孔5に沿つて摺動するようにな

また、この印体と金型の外側から挿入した操作用
ネジとを連結してあるから、操作用ネジを回動す
ると印体挿入孔に沿つて摺動する。従つて、操作
用ネジの回動により印体の文字側をキヤビテイに
容易に臨ませることができ、しかも、その微調整
も容易に行うことができる。印体が損傷したり、
その変更をする際には、第1図に示すものは、離
型後操作用ネジを回動して、印体をキヤビテイ側
から抜出する。次いで新らたな印体をキヤビテイ
側から印体挿入孔に挿入し、操作用ネジを上記と
反対方向に回動すればよい。また、第3図に示す
ものは、操作用ネジと共に印体を印体挿入孔から
抜出し、印体を交換して再び印体挿入孔に挿入す
る。このように本考案によれば、印体の取り換も
