BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in the case of cosmetics, soaps, cigarettes, confectionery, etc. that require fragrance, a method has been adopted in which the fragrance is directly mixed into the contents of the product.
Furthermore, in the case of clothing and the like, a method is adopted in which a fragrance is separately present in a shrink box, which is a packaging box. However, the former method has disadvantages such as requiring a step to mix in the flavoring, it is difficult to mix in the flavoring due to manufacturing reasons, and the taste and quality change when flavoring is mixed in. Disadvantages of this method have been pointed out, such as the fact that it is easy to lose the perfume, and it is easy to forget that the perfume is in the storage box. For this reason, a fragrance is applied to the inner surface of the packaging material (the surface in contact with the contents), or a layer of kneaded fragrance and resin is provided on the inner surface of the packaging material (Utility Model Application No. 59-118529). Public notice) is being carried out.

However, if a flavoring agent is applied to the inner surface of the packaging material and used as a packaging material, the flavoring agent may come into direct contact with the contents and the flavoring agent may adhere to the contents, which may affect the taste of the contents. The drawback was that the quality varied. In addition, if a layer of kneaded fragrance and resin is provided on the inner surface of the packaging material and used as a packaging material, it is possible to prevent the fragrance from adhering to the contents, but the transpiration of the fragrance is caused by the resin. This had the disadvantage that it was difficult to impart a sufficient aroma to the contents. Therefore, in the present invention, by skillfully storing the fragrance in the packaging material, direct contact between the contents and the fragrance is prevented, and the evaporation of the fragrance is not hindered.

That is, the present invention is made by pasting together a non-permeable metal foil and a synthetic resin film or synthetic paper made permeable by providing pinholes.
A packaging material in which the synthetic resin film or synthetic paper is placed on the side that contacts the contents, wherein the metal foil and the synthetic resin film or synthetic paper are bonded to a partially formed heat-sealed part. In the non-heat-fused part formed between the heat-fused parts, a fragrance is sandwiched between the metal foil and the synthetic resin film or synthetic paper. The present invention relates to packaging materials characterized by: Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. As the metal foil 1, aluminum foil, iron foil, copper foil, etc. are used. This metal foil 1 is non-permeable. In order to make the metal foil 1 non-permeable, no pinholes need to be provided. Therefore, metal foil 1
If the thickness of the metal foil 1 is less than 5μ, pinholes are likely to occur, so the thickness of the metal foil 1 is preferably about 5μ or more. As the synthetic resin film 3a, a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, a polystyrene film, etc. are used. This synthetic resin film 3a is permeable to fragrance. Synthetic resin films generally do not have fragrance permeability, but they can be mechanically perforated with pinholes 7 to make them permeable. Alternatively, an inorganic substance may be added when forming a synthetic resin film, and the inorganic substance may be extracted after forming the film to provide pinholes 7 to provide fragrance ventilation. Furthermore, the synthetic resin is dissolved in a mixed solution of an incompatible good solvent and a poor solvent, and the mixed solution is evaporated to form a film with pinhole 7 (the part where the poor solvent was present becomes a pinhole). ) may be provided to provide ventilation. The synthetic paper 3b can be obtained by making a pulp material made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene fibrid or polyester fibrid or short fibers made of a synthetic resin alone or by mixing it with natural pulp. Synthetic paper is made of pulp-like materials and short fibers intertwined with each other, so it is generally permeable to fragrances unless it is subjected to post-processing. The packaging material according to the present invention is made by pasting together the non-permeable metal foil 1 and the permeable synthetic resin film 3a or synthetic paper 3b. The surface of the aroma-permeable synthetic resin film 3a or synthetic paper 3b is placed on the inner surface, that is, on the side that comes into contact with the contents. As shown in the drawings, the non-permeable metal foil 1 and the permeable synthetic resin film 3a or synthetic paper 3b are bonded together by partially formed heat-sealed portions 6. . The heat-sealed portion 6 can be formed by partially applying heat to the surface of the synthetic resin film 3a or synthetic paper 3b to soften or melt that portion and press-bond it to the metal foil 1. As a result of partially forming the heat-sealed portions 6, non-thermal-sealed portions 5 are formed between the heat-sealed portions 6. In this non-thermal fusion part 5, the metal foil 1 and the synthetic resin film 3a or the synthetic paper 3b face each other with a gap 2 in between. In the present invention, a fragrance 4 is sandwiched in this gap 2. In the present invention, the fragrance 4 includes animal fragrances such as musk, cat fragrance, beaver fragrance, dragonfly fragrance, vegetable fragrances such as orange oil, camphor oil, diasmine flower essential oil, peppermint oil, lavender oil, rosemary oil, and acetic acid. Synthetic fragrances such as benzyl, geraniol, vanillin, borneol, terpineol, ionone, and cinnamaldehyde are used. The fragrance 4 is in the form of solid, liquid, jelly, etc., and is sandwiched alone in the gap 2 in the non-thermal fusion part 5. The packaging material according to the present invention is, for example, a synthetic resin film 3a or synthetic paper 3b whose surface is partially softened or melted after a fragrance 4 is placed on a metal foil 1.
It can be obtained by laminating and pressing on the surface of the metal foil 1 on which the fragrance 4 is placed.

If the contents are packaged with the synthetic resin film or synthetic paper surface of the packaging material according to the present invention as the inner surface, the contents will come into contact with the synthetic resin film or synthetic paper, and the fragrance will not come into direct contact with the contents. Therefore,
It is possible to prevent the flavor from adhering to the contents and changing the taste or quality of the contents. In addition, the fragrance is sandwiched between the metal foil and the synthetic resin film or synthetic paper in the non-thermal bonding part without being kneaded with the resin etc.
The fragrance of the fragrance can be sufficiently evaporated into the contents through the permeable synthetic resin film or synthetic paper. Therefore, by using the packaging material according to the present invention, it is possible to impart aroma to the contents without changing the taste or quality of the contents, and the effect is that the aroma of the contents as a product can be increased. play.
