Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ダイヤフラムおよびケーシングのあいだに
形成した負圧室と、前記負圧室に連通した通路お
よび負圧源に連通する通路を備えたバキユームバ
ルブと、前記負圧室に連通した通路および大気開
放にした通路を備えたセフテイバルブおよびベン
トバルブと、を備え、前記セフテイバルブおよび
ベントバルブの通路には塵埃濾過用の第１のフイ
ルターを設けると共に、前記バキユームバルブの
負圧室側の通路には前記第１のフイルターよりも
さらに微細な塵埃を濾過する第２のフイルターを
設けたことを特徴とするアクチユエータ。 (2) 第２のフイルタはケーシングに設けたフイ
ルタ収納部に加締めで装着されていることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のア
クチユエータ。 (3) 第２のフイルターはケーシングに設けたフ
イルター収納部に蓋材を嵌着することにより装着
されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第(1)項記載のアクチユエータ。
