Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原稿載置台上に載置された原稿を走査露光
    することにより原稿に対応する画像を生成する画
    像生成機において、 上記原稿載置台に対し開閉可能に軸支された原
    稿押えと、 操作者の有無を検知する操作者検知手段と、 走査露光終了後、操作者検知手段が操作者を検
    知していなければ原稿押えを所定の第１の回動位
    置に保持し、操作者を検知していれば原稿押えを
    第１の回動位置よりも回動角の小さい第２の回動
    位置に移動させる原稿押え駆動手段とを備えたこ
    とを特徴とする画像生成機。 (2) 上記第１の回動位置は、原稿押えが開放さ
    れた状態の回動角であり、第２の回動位置は原稿
    押えが閉成状態から浮き上がつた状態の回動角で
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の画像生
    成機。 (3) 上記第１の回動位置は原稿押えが４０度乃
    至９０度の回動角であり、第２の回動位置は原稿
    押えが５度乃至１５度の回動角である実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の画像生成機。
