第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示すマイクロ波
放電光源装置の断面図、第２図は同じく平面図、
第３図は同じく装置の電動モーター制御用のフロ
ーチヤート、第４図は同じく作用を説明するため
の球形無電極ランプの正面図である。 図において、２は放電媒体、５は空胴共振器、
６は球形無電極ランプである。なお、各図中同一
符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- マイクロ波共振空胴内で内部に放電媒体を封入
した無電極放電ランプを放電発光させるとともに
、上記無電極ランプの消灯後、この無電極ランプ
を所定角度回転させる機構を有するマイクロ波放
電光源装置において、上記無電極ランプの回転開
始をこのランプの点灯中気体状態にあつた上記放
電媒体が固体または液体となり、ランプ内壁に付
着した後とするとともに、その回転角を点灯時間
に応じて変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする
とするマイクロ波放電光源装置。
