Bucket devices, which are generally used in earthmoving vehicles such as shovel loaders, are mainly used for excavating, scooping, and transporting earth, sand, rocks, etc. at construction sites, and loading them into transport vehicles such as dump trucks. In particular, with regard to the loading capacity of dump trucks, in recent years legal regulations against excessive loading have become even stricter in terms of vehicle safety and road protection as regulatory measures based on road and vehicle laws. There have been calls for strict compliance with restrictions on For this reason, civil engineering and construction companies are required to perform the work of horizontally leveling and cutting off the earth and sand after loading near the top surface of the loading platform, in addition to the conventional work of loading onto the loading platform using a shovel loader. The current situation is that the maximum loading capacity of To carry out this type of cutting work, an earthmoving vehicle equipped with a conventional bucket tool requires a reach from the center of the front wheel of the earthmoving vehicle in the loading position to the cutting edge, which is the tip of the bucket. Depending on the size of the vehicle, the length may not match the width of the loading platform, and this has caused problems such as the inability to cut off the entire load without reversing the transport vehicle such as a dump truck. It was happening. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the conventional bucket apparatus 1 includes a main board 3 which is curved, a cutting edge 9 which is attachably attached to the lower open end of the main board 3 by means of bolts, etc. A pair of side boards 5, 5 fixed to both side ends of the main board 3 by a well-known method such as welding, and reinforcing ribs 7 fixed along the front edges of the side boards 5, 5.
7. Medium-sized earthmoving vehicles of 12 tons or less equipped with such a known bucketing device 1 are often unable to be put to practical use because of the insufficient reach to the tip of the bucketing device, as described above. Therefore, as a countermeasure to solve this problem, methods such as increasing the shape of the bucketing device itself or extending the lift arm that holds the bucketing device have been attempted, but these methods do not improve the stability of the earthmoving vehicle. This method is not desirable from an economic point of view because it is not only limited in terms of performance, but also reduces the efficiency of excavation and scooping operations using the bucket equipment, and also involves significant modification costs. On the other hand, for example, as in the loading bucket according to Utility Model Publication No. 50-13362, cutting blades having the required width are installed on both outer sides of the side plates of the bucket main body, which has a plurality of digging blades protruding from the front edge of the bottom plate. A technique is known in which the excavator is removably attached using a tightening bolt so that the excavator protrudes forward beyond the tip of the excavator blade. In this conventional technology, for example, a solid band of thick slag that has accumulated and hardened in a waste trench formed between a blast furnace and a disposal site is cut into pieces that protrude forward from the excavation blade by a rushing vehicle. A blade is used to crush the slag, and then a digging blade (tooth) is used to raise the crushed slag and scoop it into a bucket to carry out the crushing and transportation work. However, assuming that the cutting blade of the prior art described above is used to perform cargo cutting and loading work, since the cutting blade is designed for crushing work, it is necessary to simply plunge into the cargo such as earth and sand. In loading work and load cutting work, there are disadvantages such as a decrease in work efficiency, an increase in load due to the large size of the cutting blade, and a large amount of wasted material. Furthermore, since the bucket cart equipped with the cutting blade has a plurality of digging teeth on the front edge of the bottom plate, it is impossible to perform leveling work after loading work.

Since the tip of the protruding front edge of the load cutting blade is formed into a sharp blade, it can easily penetrate the load during load cutting or loading operations, reducing the load on the load cutting blade. sell. In addition, the front edge protrusion extends diagonally downward from the approximate center of the sideboard in a tapered shape, so that the load abutting surface, which is the side wall surface, is located at the top of the mountain-shaped load (accurately). (The shape of one base side of the chevron-shaped top to be cut) can be cut without waste. Furthermore, if the cargo is loaded in a chevron shape exceeding the height of the load cutting blade, it will be broken down by the upper edge of the upper protrusion of the cargo cutting blade and fall into the inside of the bucket device, so that the cargo after cutting will be No residue remains. In addition, during loading, even if the bucket device is used to scoop earth and sand and the opening side is facing upward, the load cutting blade is inclined downward from the middle of the sideboard in the direction of extension of the cutting edge. There is no risk of blocking the excessive amount of earth and sand scooped into the bucket device from falling or being washed away. On the other hand, the lower end of the load cutting blade is at a height corresponding to the upper surface of the cutting edge and extends forward in a substantially horizontal manner beyond the tip of the cutting edge, so that it is possible to use the cutting edge after loading work. It does not get in the way when performing leveling (ground leveling) work.

A preferred embodiment of the bucket belt device for civil engineering vehicles of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings from FIG. 1 onwards. The bucket device 11 has a main board 13 and a cutting edge 1 similar to the conventional configuration shown in FIG.
9・Sideboard 15, 15・Reinforcement rib 17, 1
7, and further includes the reinforcing rib 1.
A pair of load cutting blades 22, 22 are provided on the outer sides of 7, 17. The load cutting blades 22, 22 are removably bolted to the sideboards 15, 15 via reinforcing ribs 17, 17 by a plurality of bolt members 24, 24, . The load cutting blades 22, 22 are the reinforcing ribs 17, 1.
7 to a front edge protrusion 2 that extends in a tapered manner from approximately the center of the sideboards 15, 15 diagonally downward;
2' and 22', and the leading end of the leading edge protrusion is located forward of the mounting position of the cutting edge 19. On the other hand, the lower edge 2 of the load cutting blades 22, 22
3 and 23 extend horizontally forward beyond the tip of the cutting edge 19 at a height corresponding to the vertical width of the upper surface of the cutting edge 19, and the front edge protrusion 22', The sharp edge portions 22a, 22a are connected to the tip of the tip 22'. These load cutting blades 22, 22 are used to cut off the mountain-shaped top (more precisely, the shape of one base side of the mountain-shaped top to be cut off) of earth and sand or other cargo loaded in a mountain-shaped shape on the loading platform of a transport vehicle such as a dump truck. As shown in FIG. 2, the angle A of the sharp blade portions 22a, 22a of the load cutting blade is approximately 45 degrees, and the angle A is approximately 45 degrees. The width is set to such a length that the reach H is not short of the width of the cargo. This angle and reach are set according to the shape of the cargo S, and therefore the front edge protrusions 22', 22', as described above,
It is necessary to extend the reinforcing ribs 17, 17 in a diagonally downward direction from approximately the center thereof to a position in front of the mounting position of the cutting edge. Here, the angle A of the sharp edge portion 22a of the load cutting blade is
is set to 45 degrees or less to increase the thrust force into the cargo, etc., and correspond to the protrusion angle of the skirt of the cargo in normal cases. Here, forming the angle A and the reach H of the leading edge protrusions 22', 22' and the sharp blades 22a, 22a to be larger than necessary not only results in wasteful cutting work, but also in cutting the load. Blades 22, 22
This is undesirable because it makes the shape unnecessarily large. In other words, an unnecessarily large load cutting blade increases the resistance to plunge into earth and sand, and during loading work, it scoops up more earth and sand than the optimum capacity of the bucket device, and it also causes the opening side of the bucket device to rise upwards. This is because even if the load cutting blade is aimed at the load cutter, the excessively scooped earth and sand will be blocked from falling or being washed away, making it impossible to carry out efficient loading work. Next, the tips of the load cutting blades 22, 22 are
Since the material receives heavy excavation load between it and the penetration surface, it is necessary to increase the hardness of the material by known methods such as quenching, but in general, the hardness of the material is the same as that of the cutting edge, specifically H B It is preferable to have a hardness of about 2.7 to 3.2. Furthermore, the lower edges 23, 2 of the load cutting blades 22, 22
3 is set to the height of the vertical width of the cutting edge 19, so after the loading work and load cutting work are completed, the cutting edge 19 is used to level the work area. In this case, the load cutting blades 22, 22 do not come into contact with the ground, allowing smooth leveling work. FIGS. 2 and 3 show the operation of the bucket baggage device of the present invention during a load cutting operation. A bucket device 11 supported by a lift arm L is disposed above a dump truck D on which a load such as earth and sand is loaded on the platform. As described above, the bucket device 11 has a shape and dimensions sufficient to cut off the loaded cargo S, and the angle A to the tip and the reach H are not insufficient for the width of the cargo. , after loading earth, sand, rocks, etc. onto the loading platform, when the dump truck 25 is moved forward or backward with the bucket device 11 arranged as shown in the figure, the loaded cargo S is placed on the sideboard 1.
5, 15 and the side wall surfaces of the load cutting blades 22, 22,
The bottom of the bucket device and the lower edge of the load cutting blade 23
Using this as a reference line, the material is scraped and cut in the direction opposite to the traveling direction of the transport vehicle such as a dump truck, and is averaged to a height near the top surface of the specified loading platform. Furthermore, even if the chevron-shaped shape of the load S protrudes beyond the sloping upper edge of the upper edge protrusion of the load cutting blade, the lower part of the load above the upper edge is the load cutting blade. Since it is cut down, it will not fall into the bucket equipment and will not remain on the load after it has been cut, so it can be completely cut off. In addition, in the bucket bag device according to the present invention, the cargo cutting blades 22, 22 are attachably attached to the reinforcing ribs 17, 17 to the sideboards 15, 15 with bolt members 24, 24, . . . It can also be used as a conventional bucket device by removing it.

The bucket device according to the present invention efficiently performs loading work, load cutting work, and leveling work. During loading work, the load cutting blade smoothly touches earth and sand, etc. In addition to being able to penetrate (with little penetration resistance), an excessive amount of the scooped earth and sand can naturally flow away and fall from the sideboard, so there is no risk of scooping in excess of the optimum capacity of the bucket device. Furthermore, during the load cutting operation, it is easy to penetrate into the load, and the chevron-shaped top of the load can be completely cut off, making it possible to downsize the load cutting blade. Furthermore, when leveling the work site after the above work is completed, the load cutting blade should be positioned so that its lower edge is on the upper surface (vertical width) of the cutting edge. Since this is set, there is no risk of interfering with the leveling (ground leveling) work by the cutting edge. As described above, the bucketing device of the present invention can independently carry out the loading work, which is the work before the load cutting work, and the leveling work, which is the work after the load cutting work, so it is practical. Excellent in sex. Furthermore, since the load cutting blade can be downsized, materials can be saved. Furthermore, since the penetration resistance exerted on the bucket device is small, it is possible to perform work efficiently and the product life can be extended, which is advantageous. Furthermore, since the bucketing device of the present invention is simply a conventional bucketing device with some new parts added without any modification, it is highly versatile and extremely economical. I can say it. In particular, the bucketing device of the present invention is not designed to increase the size of the bucketing device itself or extend the lift arm, which may cause an excessive load on the front part of an earthmoving vehicle with a bucketed truck and impair the balance of the vehicle. There is no danger, so
The vehicle is highly stable and guarantees sufficient safety for operators working on it. In addition, in the bucket baggage device according to the present invention, the load cutting blade is attached to the reinforcing rib so that it can be freely attached, so when the cutting blade is removed, excavation work can be carried out in the same way as the conventional bucket baggage device. Of course, this does not impede the original excavation performance of the bucket equipment in any way.
