２はガス導入管、２３は先端噴口部、２４は頭部
、３１は回転装置、３２は乾燥させた不活性ガス
又は乾燥させた空気、３３は油分除去装置、３４
は保温装置、３５は除塵装置。なお、図中、同一
符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

  1. 約２０℃に保持され乾燥された不活性ガス又は
    空気で、約５μｍ／の塵を約３．５個に除塵さ
    せた清浄ガスを回転噴射させることを特徴とする
    陰極線管内の掃除装置。
