図はアルミ膜の拡大上面図、第６図は従来の陰極
線管内掃除装置の断面正面図を示す。 図中、１１は陰極線管バルブ、２は支持台、２
２はガス導入管、２３は噴出口部、２４は頭部、
３１は回転装置、３２は乾燥させた不活性ガス又
は乾燥させた空気の発生装置、３３は油分除去装
置、３４は保温装置を示す。なお、図中、同一符
号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 陰極線管製造工程中の陰極線管内に清浄ガスが
回転噴射され、この清浄ガスは乾燥させた不活性
ガス又は乾燥させた空気で、かつ陰極線管の温度
に近い温度に保持された清浄ガスを用いたことを
特徴とする陰極線管内の掃除装置。
