Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 光フアイバを挿着した気密パツケージ内に金
    属ブロツクを収納し、この金属ブロツク上に半導
    体レーザ素子、集光レンズおよびモニタ用受光素
    子を搭載するとともに、前記金属ブロツクの下面
    に放熱用の電子冷却素子を接合した半導体レーザ
    モジユールにおいて、前記気密パツケージを二重
    底構造にして、その上底に前記金属ブロツクを、
    また下底に前記電子冷却素子をそれぞれ支持固定
    したことを特徴とする半導体レーザモジユール。 ２ 気密パツケージは２つのパツケージエレメン
    トを上下に積層固定したものであり、金属ブロツ
    ク支持用の上部は上記パツケージエレメントの底
    壁であり、電子冷却素子支持用の下底は下部パツ
    ケージエレメントの底壁であることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体レー
    ザモジユール。 ３ 上部パツケージエレメントは熱伝導率の低い
    セラミツクで構成されており、下部パツケージエ
    レメントは熱伝導率の高い金属で構成されている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
