  1. アバランシエホトダイオードを受光素子とし、
    バイアス電圧発生回路を有する光受信回路におい
    て、アバランシエホトダイオードの温度特性の補
    償用として上記バイアス電圧発生回路に、サーミ
    スタ及びサーミスタと並列に抵抗を設けたことを
    特徴とする光受信回路。
