Claims (1)
- 集積回路電圧検出器（以下「Ｖ．ＤＥＴ」と言
う）と、自走マルチバイブレーター（以下「ＯＳ
Ｃ」と言う）と、ＯＳＣ内のトランジスターへの
逆流防止用整流器と結合用蓄電器と、昇圧用変圧
器と、半波整流用整流器と、変圧器の負荷用抵抗
器と、包絡用蓄電器と、電界効果型トランジスタ
ー（以下「ＦＥＴ」と言う）とを備えたことを特
徴とする過放電防止回路。
