- 集積回路電圧検出器（以下「Ｖ・ＤＥＴ」とい
う）、抵抗器、畜電器、整流器、電界効果トラン
ジスタ（以下「ＦＥＴ」という）とでなりたつ半
導体開閉部と、定電圧回路、電圧比較回路、ラツ
チ回路、ＦＥＴ開閉回路とでなりたつゲート電圧
制御部とをそなえたことを特徴とする過放電防止
回路。
