線路、１１：超電導体（絶縁体）、１２：金属薄
層、１３：端子、１４：接合部。
補正 昭６３．４．８ 図面の簡単な説明を次のように補正する。 明細書第１０頁第８行に「絶縁体」とあるを「
非超電導体」と訂正する。

    からなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項記載の避雷器。 (3) 前記超電導線を構成するセラミツクス系超
    電導材料の成分がバリウム・イツトリウム・銅・
    酸素、バリウム・ランタン・銅・酸素、ストロン
    チウム・ランタン・銅・酸素、バリウム・スカン
    ジウム・銅・酸素、またはカルシウム・ランタン
    ・銅・酸素であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第(2)項記載の避雷器。
