Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) コンベアのハンガに懸吊して搬送される被
    塗装物を浸漬する電着槽内に複数の電極が並設さ
    れた電着塗装装置において、前記電極の少なくと
    も一以上が他の電極の電源から切り離して設けら
    れると共に、切り離して設けられた特定の電極に
    電源を供給する回路に電流検出器が介装されると
    共に、当該電流検出器の電流検出信号と、前記被
    塗装物の位置を検出する位置検出器の位置検出信
    号に基づいて、前記被塗装物が前記特定電極の通
    電範囲内を通過する際に検出された電流値と予め
    設定された標準値とを比較して差を求め、その差
    値が一定以上の場合に異常信号を出力する制御装
    置が設けられていることを特徴とする電着塗装装
    置。 (2) 前記特定電極が、前記電着槽の最も入槽側
    に位置して設けられた電極である前記実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の電着塗装装置。 (3) 前記電流検出器が、メータリレーである前
    記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電着塗装
    装置。 (4) 前記位置検出器が、前記ハンガの到来を検
    出するリミツトスイツチと、当該ハンガに懸吊さ
    れた被塗装物の有無を検出する光電管スイツチと
    から成る前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の電着塗装装置。
