Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 貫通孔を有するボールをシートアセンブリ
を介してボデー内に装着し、該ボールをほぼ９０
度回動させて開閉するボールバルブであつて、該
シートアセンブリは、シートリテーナと、該シー
トリテーナに装着し該ボールに摺動シール接触す
るシートと、該シートリテーナに装着又は密接し
該ボデーに固定シール接触するガスケツトとから
なり、該シートリテーナは金属であり、該シート
は変成処理をした黒鉛を除く炭素材を主体とする
成形体であり、該ガスケツトは膨張黒鉛を主体と
する成形体であることを特徴とするボールバルブ
。 (2) 該シートは、メソカーボンマイクロビーズ
を原料とする不浸透性炭素材である実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載のボールバルブ。 (3) 該不浸透性炭素材は、メソカーボンマイク
ロビーズを平均粒径１０μｍ以下に微粉砕し、成
形、焼成又は必要に応じて黒鉛化したものである
実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のボールバル
ブ。 (4) 該シートは、異方度が１．１０以下の等方
性黒鉛材料からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のボールバルブ。
