Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ジユール熱により発熱するヒータ用抵抗と
、このヒータ用抵抗の一端に一端が接続された可
変抵抗と、この可変抵抗の他端に一端が接続され
た周囲温度測定用のリフアレンス抵抗と、このリ
フアレンス抵抗の他端と前記ヒータ用抵抗の他端
との間に接続された第１および第２の抵抗と、入
力側マイナス端子又は入力側プラス端子が前記ヒ
ータ用抵抗の他端と第１の抵抗との接続点に接続
され、入力側プラス端子又は入力側マイナス端子
が前記リフアレンス抵抗の他端と第２の抵抗との
接続点に接続された差動増幅器とを備え、第１の
抵抗と第２の抵抗との接続点を前記差動増幅器の
出力側に接続し、前記可変抵抗の調整端子をグラ
ンドに接続したことを特徴とするヒータ・コント
ロール回路。 (2) 基動増幅器はＰＮＰトランジスタを有し、
このＰＮＰトランジスタは、ベースが前記差動増
幅器の出力側に接続され、エミツタが電源ライン
に接続され、コレクタが第１の抵抗と第２の抵抗
との接続点に接続されたことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のヒータ・コントロ
ール回路。
