Claims (1)
- 刃先先端部が略凹状に形成され少なくともその
両端の突出部に刃が形成された切断部と、この切
断部と弾性体及びガイド材を介して連結された連
結部とこの連結部を駆動させる駆動軸とこの駆動
軸を駆動する駆動源と、平面視方形枠状でこの枠
下方に固定条を突設した稲荷寿司用揚げを固定す
る固定枠とこの固定枠を昇降させる昇降装置とか
らなる稲荷寿司自動製造機の切断機構。
