Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部で透析処理を行う透析槽と、 該透析槽の外周で透析槽を挟んで互いに対向す
    るように配設され透析槽内に超音波を送波する複
    数の振動子対と、 該複数の振動子対の各振動子に透析促進用の超
    音波を送波させるための駆動信号を供給する駆動
    信号出力部と、 複数の振動子対のうちいずれか１対の振動子の
    一方の振動子に透析槽内のキヤビテーシヨン発生
    検出用の超音波を他方の振動子に向けて出力させ
    るための信号を供給する送信部と、 前記他方の振動子に入力した超音波に基づいて
    キヤビテーシヨンの発生を検出する受信部と、 前記駆動信号出力部から各振動子への駆動信号
    供給を選択的にオンオフ制御するとともに駆動信
    号供給の行われていないいずれかの振動子対の一
    方の振動子へ前記送信部から信号を供給させ他方
    の振動子に入力されたキヤビテーシヨン検出用超
    音波を前記受信部へ送るように各振動子と送信部
    ・受信部との接続をオンオフ制御するスイツチン
    グ部と、 受信部からのキヤビテーシヨン信号に基づいて
    駆動信号出力部からの駆動信号の出力を制御する
    駆動制御部と、 を含むことを特徴とする超音波透析装置。
