  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) Ｌｉを主体とする負極と正極及び有機電解
    液よりなり、前記Ｌｉはシートから打抜かれて成
    形されるものにおいて、前記負極の周縁の形状が
    少なくとも一箇所以上の直線状となることを特徴
    とする有機電解質電池。 (2) 前記負極が、負極缶内面に圧着されている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
