Claims (1)
- 基板上に所定形状の電極パターンが形成され、
その電極パターンの所定位置に磁石が搭載された
非可逆回路素子において、該電極パターンの所定
位置に複数の凸部又は凹部を形成し、該複数の凸
部の先端部又は該凹部の奥面が電極パターンと同
心円上に位置するとともに、該磁石の径と略同一
或いは若干大きくされてなることを特徴とする非
可逆回路素子。
