３図は凸型永久磁石の磁界分布の説明図、第４図
は本考案で用いる永久磁石の他の例を示す断面図
である。また第５図は従来技術で使用しているフ
エライト基板の一例を示す平面図、第６図はそれ
を用いた三端子サーキユレータのｂ−ｂ位置での
断面図である。 ３０……フエライト基板、３２……ジヤンクシ
ヨン部、３３……フエライト露出部、３４……端
子部、３６……導体パターン、３８……キヤリア
、４２……永久磁石、４３……凸部。

Claims (1)
- ジヤンクシヨン部と複数の端子部とを有する導
体パターンを表面に形成したフエライト基板と、
該フエライト基板内を磁化するための永久磁石と
を具備している非可逆回路素子において、前記導
体パターンのジヤンクシヨン部はその中央に導体
膜がなくフエライトが露出した環状をなし、永久
磁石を少なくとも片面が凸になつていて、永久磁
石をその凸部によつて前記フエライト露出部に直
接取り付けた非可逆回路素子。
