Claims (1)
- レーザー光束が通過するレーザー光学系のレン
ズに付着する汚れを防止したレーザー光学系にお
けるレンズ汚れ防止装置において、レーザー光束
が通過するレーザー光学系のレンズ表面近傍に電
極を設け、この電極に高電圧を印加し、レンズに
付着する汚れを防止することを特徴とするレーザ
ー光学系におけるレンズ汚れ防止装置。
