、１２は記録用カメラ、１３は観察用Ｘ線フイル
ムのＸ線情報を不正確にする主たる光。

  1. 面状光源、透明層と不透明層とが交互に重なつ
    てできている光格子、両面が透明な窓を有する液
    体を入れる器、レンズ系よりなり、面状光源から
    光が透明層不透明層とが交互に重なつてできてい
    る光格子、両面が透明な窓を有する液体を入れる
    器、レンズ系を通過して、ほぼ一点に集束する様
    に、面状光源、透明層と不透明層とが交互に重な
    つてできている光格子、両面が透明な窓を有する
    液体を入れる器、レンズ系を配置したことを特徴
    とするＸ線フイルム観察装置。
