際、内外両筒4,10を流れる空気流の温度差に
よつて生じる結露水滴は、断熱材による被覆部分
以外の内筒4表面に生じ易く、この内筒表面の水
滴は、断熱材被覆部8,13との各境界に設置し
た水切環9よりロート17に滴下して受け皿18
に達し、また外筒10内や、その他の部分に生じ
た水滴は、直接受け皿18に落ち、パイプ19に
よつて適宜屋外に導くように抜き取られ、換気の

その内側にこれと連動する電熱線7を取付けてな
