３図は従来の解放金型に使用される混合ヘツドの

体、２……円筒穴、６……スプール、７，８……
導入口、９，１０……ノズル、１１……吐出ノズ
ル、１１ａ……吐出口、１２……ホーン状カバー
、１３……セツトボルト、１５……解放金型。

Claims (1)
- 筒穴を有するヘツド本体と、このヘツド本体の
先端に設けられ、上記筒穴と連通する吐出口を有
する吐出ノズルと、上記ヘツド本体にその筒穴と
連通するよう形成され、それぞれ異なる液状プラ
スチツク原料を供給する複数の導入口と、上記筒
穴内に摺動可能に嵌合され、上記導入口の開閉と
上記筒穴及び吐出口のクリーニングを行なうスプ
ールと、上記吐出ノズルに着脱可能に取り付けら
れ、上記吐出口から噴出する液状プラスチツク原
料の混合液噴出流の外周囲を所望長さに亘つて覆
うホーン状カバーとから成る反応射出成形機の混
合ヘツド。
