Claims (1)
- 基板と、基板上に取り付けられた赤外線検知素
子と、一端が前記基板で塞がれた内管と、前記内
管の外側に前記内管と同軸に取り付けた外管と、
前記外管の一端でかつ前記赤外線検知素子と向か
いあう位置に設けられた窓材で構成され、前記内
管と前記外管とを結合することにより二重管構造
とした赤外線検出器において、前記外管を熱膨張
係数のわずかに違つた材質を数種類使用し、外管
の熱膨張係数を除々に変化させ、外管の窓材取付
部の熱膨張係数を窓材に合せたことを特徴とする
赤外線検知器。
