- 窓材としてシリコンウエハーを装着した赤外線
受光窓を有する封止用缶と、赤外線検出素子を設
ける台とを気密封止した赤外線検出器において、
前記シリコンウエハーの少なくとも片面に赤外線
反射防止用の硬質カーボン膜を設けることを特徴
とする赤外線検出器。
